WSL continues it’s excellent relationship with CCC Go Outdoors and has won additional business at their Coventry outlet to provide a 10,000 Sq ft Retail Mezzanine floor, including electrics and air conditioning.

The contract build has already started and has a value of in excess of £320k.

The floor has been designed by WSL, and huge efforts have been taken to ensure that build quality is of the highest order as this is a retail floor.

Our project manager Mat Barnes is running the contract and his previous experience with turn key type projects will hold us in good stead here.

The shop is continuing to open during the build period so particular attention has had to be paid to segregating the public from the contractors, involving screening, fencing and substantial signage. Risk management has had top priority when assessing correct and safe methods of working.

Go Outdoors management have an extremely positive attitude to business and change. They have helped WSL enormously so far in managing what is a difficult contract, proving that partnerships are so valuable.
