This is a wonderful opportunity for ambitious and committed individuals to join in our success, we are looking to expand our Project Management team by recruiting both experienced and trainee Project Managers to work from both our Leeds and Towcester Offices

The role entails running contracts from start to finish, involving liaison with contractors, clients, and suppliers. The objective being to bring the project in on time and under budget, to the complete satisfaction of the client. Projects can vary from a few hundred pounds to our last major contract at £2.2 million lasting 6 months.

Applicants will require the following attributes:

• A bright, enthusiastic and positive personality.
• The ability to work under pressure and maintain the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Be computer literate, with MS Office skills, experience of CAD systems, preferable but not essential.
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety Regulations and Construction and design management Regs would be useful.
• A current driving licence is required as there will be site work involved.
