WSL Continues to invest in it's people
 

The last 12 months has seen WSL increase personnel by over 30%, with appointments in sales, projects and accounts.

These appointments have been made to allow WSL to continue it’s impressive growth without overstretching it’s resources, which as we all know can result in a reduction in delivery performance and profitability.

WSL has one of the largest sales teams in the industry and we now have a wide range of knowledge allowing us to understand customer needs across a very broad spectrum. We are able to quote from the smallest shelving solution to full turnkey projects including warehouse design and build projects.

In order to handle the increase in both size and complexity of sales we have also added substantially to our project management team.

The secret of any well run contract is the strength of the contract managers and we now have highly trained experienced managers backed up by a team of site engineers who ensure all site work is carried out correctly and safely. Lines of communication have been improved at all levels with the introduction of our engineers, contracts are being completed ahead of schedule with a huge reduction in “snagging” and end of contract issues. The bane of all customers and project managers alike.

WSL has also invested heavily in training with all project managers and senior sales managers having undertaken NEBOSH level 3 certification and training in CDM 2007 Regulations.

Working safely is of immense importance to WSL and we believe we and just as importantly, our sub contractors can give all our clients immense peace of mind with the way we work on their premises.

2008 promises to be another exciting year for WSL as we continue to evolve and grow. We look forward to sharing it with both new and existing customers.
